1. قُلْ مَا أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُتَكَلِّفِينَ

   Say, (O Muhammad), "I do not ask you for the Qur'an any payment, and I am not of the pretentious
