スーラ 11 Hud, アーヤ 118

1. وَلَوْ شَاءَ رَبُّكَ لَجَعَلَ النَّاسَ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً ۖ وَلَا يَزَالُونَ مُخْتَلِفِينَ

   And if your Lord had willed, He could have made mankind one community; but they will not cease to differ.
